Shri. Chandrakant J. Sheth is a retired Income – Tax Officer. He has over 30+ years of rich and varied experience in various matters of Direct Taxes.

At MCS, he handles various complex issues relating to Transfer Pricing, International Taxation and also represents himself on behalf of various clients.

CA Malav C. Sheth is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Commerce and Law Graduate.

Malav's core area is determining entry and exit routes of MNCs in India, carrying business negotiations on behalf of clients, representation before authorities (Tax, RBI, SIA etc.). Some of the other primary issues he addresses for client’s affairs are EXIM Policy Issues, Foreign Exchange Management Matters, International Tax Treaties Matters, Withholding tax, Parent/Subsidiary company issues, Tax Returns, TDS Matters etc.

Malav has successfully represented clients in front of various tax authorities in examinations and appeals. Keep good knowledge of Tax laws, he has been successfully handling expatriate taxation, transfer pricing issues. Due to his vision and leadership skills, MCS has became one of the reputed Accountancy and Auditing Firm in Ahmedabad and is growing to become a national one.

Mrs. Krupa Malav Sheth is a Commerce Graduate. She holds Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) Certification for Mutual Funds business.

At MCS, she provides her valuable guidance to clients on various aspects of personal finance, investments and insurance.

CA Diksha Shah is a growth partner of Malav C Sheth & Co. since 2020. She is the head of Direct Tax Department. Her forte lies in Direct Taxes & Audit. She handles Income Tax compliances, assessments and Income Tax scrutiny cases with the tax officers across all levels. She keeps herself updated to all the amendments in the acts as well as to all the advancements in technology to match the pace and serve our clientele with extraordinary output. She now has introduced herself to Management Consultancy services in guidance of CA Malav C Sheth, in which she helps the clients in all the difficulties they face in their day-to-day operations as well as at management levels. Due to her expertise, she has now become a part of many companies’ core group of members.

CA Keval Shah joined Malav C Sheth & Co. in 2017. He has played an instrumental role in the firm's growth ever since. He is the head of Indirect Tax Department. He possesses excellent knowledge of taxation and other legal and financial advisory services our firm offers. He not only handles compliance of Goods & Service Tax but also provides his expert advice on litigations and assessment matters. His extensive experience contributes to handling client’s queries effectively and efficiently by understanding their business and framing tailored strategies which maintains a long term relationship with the clients. His knowledge base, adaptability to changes as well as risk taking attitude makes him stand out and perform his best.
